Welcome to the




We are a team of organic community builders based in South King County.  We CONNECT with urban youth and families by building relationships with them.  We CREATE opportunities to participate in social, educational and community based programs to enrich their life experiences.  We COLLABORATE with community partners to holistically serve the needs of youth and families, while helping them overcome obstacles to getting the things they vitally need.

Connect


We believe that families living in impoverished communities are vulnerable to emotional, social and relational decay.  Poverty creates an environment that breaks down the natural relational fabric of families. 


Individuals in families become disconnected and are susceptible to

a host of social deceases, such as drugs & violence. 


We connect with youth and families by building and modeling healthy relationships.  We help individuals recover their natural ability to connect with one another through relationships.

to contribute. 

We create opportunities that build interdependence, teamwork, encouragement & of good humor.  Through these means youth & families become more resilient to negative risk factors & build a sense of self-efficacy & self confidence.
