URBAN FAMILY CENTER in COMMUNITY


We are intentionally located in the beautiful Creston Point Apartment Community where we
serve over 2000 residents.  We provide children, youth & family services, neighbor to neighbor
community events & activities.  In addition we host a monthly Neighbors in Action meeting giving neighbors the opportunity to address issues that are important to them.

The Urban Family Center believes that being in community means being present with people!  For us that literally means sharing community space & being present right in their back yard.  Building a sense of "village" is important to making people feel safe, supported & connected.
